12-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge
Welcome to the 12-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge. Below are the steps to follow to get started and the order in which you should complete them. Create your Diet plan from the suggested food list. A sample weekly food schedule is given. Click on the workouts for the list of exercises and instructions on how to perform them.

You are to do a minimum two days of strength and conditioning per week and at least 5 days of Cardio per week. The Dance exercises count toward Cardio.
There are a variety of choices so pick what you are most comfortable with.

Select the Strength and Conditioning Exercise that you would like to perform. You should do strength and conditioning at least two (2) times per week. Feel free to join our guided Strength Training sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays with Rupert!
